Bethany P Photography is proud to be a participating photographer at the 2024 Dressage at Devon horse show.

Dressage at Devon's open photographer policy gives competitors the freedom to choose what photographer is supporting them from behind the camera, BUT it also means there is no guaranteed coverage if you don't sign up with one in advance. 

To be absolutely certain your hard work is captured (both in and out of the ring), I strongly recommend signing up for photography services in advance.

HOW TO BOOK COVERAGE

WHAT TYPE OF COVERAGE TO CHOOSE

Bethany P Photography offers two types of coverage.

Show Client

Private Client

PRIVATE CLIENTS receive the same competition coverage as Show Clients as well as moments before and after. Practices, warm ups, holding areas, and award ceremonies are all included. Printable high resolution digitals are included in private client coverage. Private Clients also receive ring priority should there be a ring conflict in my schedule.

SHOW CLIENTS receive coverage of every moment inside the ring during competition (both breed and performance). Show Clients receive web size digitals for sharing online. Print releases and art products are purchased separately.

From practice to warm up to performance to awards - you'll have a well rounded story of your DAD experience in your final gallery.

Yes! Hiring a photographer means you don't have to worry about leaving the show without memories. 

Please note: Private Clients take priority if there is a ring conflict.

ARE ALL MY rideS covered?

All delivered images are for personal use only and copyrighted to Bethany P Photography. Individual commercial licenses are available for images on a case by case basis.

CAN IMAGES BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES?

I guarantee a minimum of 50 images for Private Clients and a minimum of 25 images for Show Clients. There are often more especially if you are showing multiple days. 

HOW MANY IMAGES ARE DELIVERED?

All clients will receive direct email notification with access to your proofs or digital downloads. No hunting for your number in a large gallery!

HOW WILL I RECEIVE IMAGES?

If there are any changes to your schedule (including addition of award ceremonies!), please contact me immediately so I can adjust my schedule to accamodate. 

WHAT IF MY RIDE TIMES CHANGE?

If you are signed up as a Private Client, I am more than happy to cover your warm ups or schooling sessions if I do not have a competitor I'm covering actively in the ring.

CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH MY WARM UP OR SCHOOLING?

After signing up for coverage, you'll be emailed an online invoice. Payment in full must be received by start of the show (Sep 26) to guarantee coverage.

HOW DO I PAY?

At this time, I do not offer portrait sessions during Dressage at Devon so I can devote personalized time to each competition client. CLICK HERE to learn more about booking portrait sessions privately at your barn.

You will be emailed an online invoice after submission of the form. Private Clients will also be emailed a photography contract. 
Coverage is not guaranteed until booking fees are paid in full.
